Can I do Pompei in the morning and Positano in the afternoon?

Yes, but it's a long day. Pompei takes 3h with a guide, you'd leave at 08:00 and be back in Sorrento by 13:30. Then a 14:30 ferry gets you to Positano for the golden hour. Doable, not relaxing.

Is the sea OK for Capri on Wednesday?

Wave height 0.4m, wind 8 knots from the south. All hydrofoils are running normally. Morning slot is the smoothest.

What's the last hydrofoil back from Capri?

Today the last hydrofoil to Sorrento Marina Piccola leaves Capri at 19:40 (operator Alilauro). On Sundays the last one is 18:55. Want me to hold a return seat?

Is the Blue Grotto open tomorrow?

Forecast says yes, but it's borderline (south wind picking up after lunch). Book the morning departure, and I'll text you 90 minutes before if the harbour office closes access.
