Coastrider Micro-Agent Program 2026

1. Company Information

(hereinafter “Coastrider”).

2. Program Scope
The Affiliate promotes the Coastrider platform and the AI assistant “ViTA” through a unique QR code or referral link assigned by Coastrider.

All bookings and payments are completed exclusively on the Coastrider platform.

3. Nature of the Relationship
The relationship:

• does not constitute agency, representation, partnership or employment
• does not grant territorial exclusivity
• does not provide fixed compensation
• is commission-based only

4. Sales Attribution
Commission is granted on purchases:

• completed within 14 days from the first tracked access via the Affiliate’s QR code or link
• made from the same device and/or user account
• fully paid and not refunded

Coastrider’s proprietary tracking system shall constitute valid proof for attribution purposes.

5. Commission Plan
Commission percentages are those published in the Affiliate dashboard.

The 2026 “Acceleration Mode” plan may be revised starting from 2027 upon notice.

6. Payments and Taxation
Commissions are paid monthly once the minimum payout threshold (as indicated in the dashboard) is reached.

The Affiliate is solely responsible for compliance with applicable tax obligations.

Coastrider may require valid tax documentation prior to payment.

7. Affiliate Obligations
The Affiliate agrees to:

• use only official promotional materials
• not alter QR codes or branding
• not make unauthorized statements
• not engage in misleading practices

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:

• fraudulent self-purchases
• manipulation of tracking systems
• artificial or automated traffic
• misuse of the Coastrider brand

Coastrider may suspend or terminate the Affiliate account without prior notice in case of violations.

9. Technical Suspension
Coastrider may temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance or technical reasons without liability for lost commissions.

10. Limitation of Liability
Coastrider does not guarantee minimum sales volumes or earnings.

Coastrider shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

11. Force Majeure
Coastrider shall not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control.

12. Amendments
Coastrider may amend these Terms by providing notice via email or dashboard communication.

Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Personal Data
Affiliate personal data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Full Privacy Policy is available on the platform.

14. Duration and Termination
The agreement is entered into for an indefinite term.

Either party may terminate with 15 days’ notice.

Immediate termination may occur in case of fraud or serious breach.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing Law: Italian Law.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Court of Torre Annunziata (Italy).
