How can I book a ticket on Coastrider?
You can book directly on our website by selecting the desired route, date, and number of passengers. After completing the payment, you’ll receive the electronic ticket and the booking summary on the website, as well as a copy by email. It’s the passenger’s responsibility to double-check the details entered before confirming.
Do I need to print the ticket?
It depends on the company. We recommend checking directly with the company if you need to go to the ticket office before boarding to collect your travel ticket.
Can I buy tickets directly at the port?
Yes, tickets can also be purchased at the port ticket offices, but we recommend booking online to guarantee your spot and speed up the boarding process. Remember, Coastrider always offers the best fares on the market.
Can I book round-trip tickets?
Yes, when booking, you can select the “Round Trip” option and choose the dates for both journeys.
What happens if I don’t receive the confirmation email?
Check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Changes and Cancellations
Can I change the date or time of my booking?
Yes, but you’ll need to contact the transport company that operates your booked service directly.
What happens if I miss my booked trip?
If you don’t show up for boarding, the ticket is non-refundable. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before departure.
Is it possible to cancel a booking?
Yes, it is possible to cancel a booking. The deadline and any fees depend on the policies of the specific transport company. Cancellations must be requested directly with them.
What happens if the trip is canceled due to bad weather?
If the trip is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, the company will offer you the option to reschedule your journey or request a refund.
Boarding and Check-in
What time should I arrive at the port?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the departure time indicated on the ticket.
What documents do I need for boarding?
You’ll need your digital ticket and a valid ID.
Can I bring my vehicle on board?
Currently, the service is for passenger transport only. Vehicle transport is not provided.
Can I travel with pets?
Yes, pets are allowed on board. You need to book for them as well and comply with safety rules during the trip.
Are there luggage restrictions?
Generally, one piece of hand luggage is allowed free of charge and must meet the size requirements indicated during the ticket purchase. For larger bags, the specific policy of the chosen transport company will apply and will be communicated during the booking process.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay.
Google Pay: for payments made from supported devices or browsers.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
